MATLAB at the College of Charleston
MATLAB is a high-performance language for technical computing. There are functions for data analysis and visualization, numeric computation, engineering and scientific graphics, modeling, simulation, prototyping, programming and application development.
The College of Charleston has acquired a campus-wide license for MATLAB, Simulink and companion toolboxes. The license covers on-campus and home software use for all faculty, staff, and researchers, as well as classroom and lab installations. Students are also covered by the campus-wide license and can install software on their home or laptop computers. The MATLAB license covers academic use only. The right to use MATLAB for any other purposes, including commercial, is expressly prohibited.
