Student Computing Support

The Information Desk is an IT service point at the College of Charleston Addlestone Library that offers technical support for students using computer technology. The goal of the desk is to provide students with access to knowledgeable personnel and information and provide help to students with common maintenance tasks and questions e.g. spyware/virus removal, general troubleshooting, and setup for the College's wireless network. We do not have the capability to do hardware repairs or upgrades.

The Information Desk is located in the Addlestone Library. Students are welcome to bring their laptops to the desk anytime during operating hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact the Student Support by email at StudentComputingSupport@cofc.edu or by phone at 843.953.8000.
