The security staff at the College of Charleston oversee the community's efforts to protect its computing and information assets and to develop and comply with information-related laws, regulations, and policies.

We are involved in a variety of services including:

  • antivirus software
  • firewall management
  • policy development
  • incident response
  • intrusion detection/prevention
  • remote access (new system coming soon projected Summer/Fall 2007)
