Your CougarTrail account permits you to check your grades, pay your tuition bill, and much more. To log on to CougarTrail for the first time, use your Social Security number as your ID, and your birthdate as your PIN; if your birthdate is June 12, 1986, for example, use 061286 as your PIN. You will be asked to change your PIN at the next screen, as well as given your CofC ID. Use the CofC ID to log on to WebCT and CougarTrail from now on. You will also be asked for a secret question and answer; this will permit you to reset your PIN if you should forget it.
If you should forget your PIN, click the Request PIN Reset link on CougarTrail, which will take you to further instructions for resetting your PIN.
