Helpdesk

The Information Technology Helpdesk provides technical support campus-wide and is available during regular business hours and offers limited after-hours support. If you have trouble with computer equipment, this is your first stop for getting the problem fixed and getting you back up and running smoothly.

Faculty/Staff After-hours Classroom Support Monday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Faculty/Staff Emergency After-hours Support Monday-Friday 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and weekends. Please leave a message including the nature of the emergency and contact information. The on call technician will return your call promptly (within 30 minutes).
