The Information Technology Helpdesk provides technical support campus-wide and is available during regular business hours and offers limited after-hours support. If you have trouble with computer equipment, this is your first stop for getting the problem fixed and getting you back up and running smoothly.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 10:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Faculty/Staff After-hours Classroom Support Monday - Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Faculty/Staff Emergency After-hours Support - Monday-Friday from 10:00 pm - 7:30 am and weekends from 10:00 pm – 2:00 pm via telephone only. Please leave a message including the nature of the emergency and contact information. The on-call technician will return the call within 30 minutes.

Walk in Service Center
Helpdesk provides walk in service to all Faculty and Staff for their College owned devices. We are located in the Bell Building room 525 and are open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
