The Information Technology Department can provide limited support for Guest Speakers. Requests that are submitted at least 10 days in advance will allow the IT Department to scheduled the necessary technical support and to ensure that the availability of requested technology, especially after 5:00 p.m.
Requests can be coordinated by emailing helpdesk@cofc.edu or calling helpdesk at 843.953.3375 and pressing option 1.

In order to process your request, please provide us the following information:
- Date and time of the event
- Building and room where the event will be held
- Specific technology requirements
