Procedures for Requesting Admin Access
- A user may request access to the Administrative Computer Cluster (Wando/Cooper), including FRS, HRS, and SIS, by obtaining an Admin Application Authorization Form.
- The user must complete the form and specify their needs. The form must be signed by the requestor acknowledging that they have read and agree to the “Confidentiality Statement”. The Supervisor is also required to sign the form indicating that they approve the request. NO FORM WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THESE SIGNATURES.
- The completed Admin Application Authorization form should be sent to Information Technology Att: Security, 5th Floor Bell Building.
- If the user has requested SIS, FRS, or HRS access, the proper Security Administrators will be emailed a copy of the completed Admin Application Authorization form requesting authorization listing the access needed by the user. The Security Administrator will email the appropriate screen form to the user. The user along with the Supervisor will sign the form and return the form to the Security Administrator. The Security Administrator reviews or completes the form with what screens are allowed and obtains the proper approval for the access. The completed form is sent to IT Security. The user will be contacted by the appropriate Security Administrator to set up a training session if it is required. Click here for a list of security administrators in PDF format.
- When the authorization has been received by IT Security an account will be set up. If the user requested SIS, FRS, or HRS they will be notified by email when this is completed and given their operator ID and password.
